Digital Products
All digital product keys are sent via email. Once your order is approved, we will begin processing it. Most orders are fulfilled within one (1) hour, though in some cases it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. After completion, you will receive a confirmation email with your product key at the email address provided during checkout.
Important Note
Please keep in mind that product keys are considered Digital Products. Once delivered via email, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, since they are not tangible goods that can be resold. However, we have outlined the following refund policy:
No Refunds in the Following Cases
The customer places an incorrect order without checking the full product description, and the product key has already been delivered.
The customer cannot download the software due to poor internet connection.
The customer is unable to install or use the software due to insufficient technical knowledge.
If a product key does not activate, gattons will provide a replacement key within the designated timeframe. The customer must supply a full-screen screenshot showing the error message, current date, and time, then send it to our support email.
Customers have 15 days from the date of purchase to report any activation issues. Beyond this period, replacement keys will not be issued.
No refunds for password-related issues with third-party accounts (e.g., Office 365) after the first password reset.
No refunds for Microsoft Office activation via phone method.
Refunds in the Following Cases
A refund will be granted if gattons fails to deliver the product key by email. In such cases, an automatic refund will be processed.
For third-party domain-based products like Office 365 accounts, a refund will be given if the domain is non-functional or the subscription is terminated within the first year.
Refunds will also be provided if subscription-based accounts (e.g., Lynda, Office 365, VPN, JetBrains, GitHub) stop working within one year.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 1–3 business days to initiate. Once processed, the refunded amount may take between 2–14 business days to appear in the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet).
